Q-tel block SIP servers and my call is not going (device is a Pap2T). How can I make an antiblock/bypass Voip blocking server in QATAR? I have two times changed my server IP but after 1-2 hours again - block.
I hear about VPN, will VPN solve my problem in QATAR? Can you guide me little bit..
