Hello all, bit of a newbie to all this and I wanted to unlock my SPA2002 so I could use any provider.
My first question would be is the SPA2002 different from the SPA2002-ER?
My model # doesn't include the '-ER' and all I could find were unlocks for it.
The model is new, no new firmware installed as yet.
When I try to access SPA I get prompted with a standard windows user name and password prompt, I have not put in any user or pass of my own and trying the SPA2002-ER login and pass (admin and 0rLhnT34vBg2SqwbSoDyGslvF respectively) does not allow access.
According to the instructions I have found this is supposed to be put in after you actually access the Configuration Menu and click the Admin Login there. Which I cannot access in the first place.
Is there a standard user/pass that is used to access this also?
