port forwarding don?t work - SOLVED

Hi, i have a quadro16x and recently my port forwarding stopped to work!! Anybody knows what can be happened???

I deleted all rules and add them again but didn't work!!

I updated the firmware 4.x and nothing.

I don't know what to do, please i need port forwarding!!

did you make sure that once added back that you enabled the rules? By default when you add the rules back, htey are disabled. If you have made sure that the rules are enabled and this is still an issue, please make sure that you open a TSC case on this so someone can troubleshoot this issue so that we can resolve it for you.
