Hey there, You will need to Auto Provision the handset or at worst manually set it up.
In manual mode you will have to set the label, authorisation user etc.. and password as the normal extension number / user name and the password of course.
The Polycom 330 handsets are worthy of connecting to the Quadro and although have superior audio to AASTRA and SNOM could do with a few more programmable keys. This is by far my own opinion but I think you will be impressed once it is connected.

Polycom SoundPoint IP330 is in the list of our tested phone models, so you can autoprovision that as other phones in that list (see the "Configuring Epygi Tested IP Phones on Quadro LAN" document - it is in te dOwnload section of this site), and you can find it in the dropdown box on the "Telephony"->"Line Settings"->"IP Line Settings"-><IP Line> page.
So you just need to connect that on the LAN, and configure the IP Line for that.
Or read the document above :)
Best regards,
David
P.S. BTW, I am moving this topic to a right forum, as it has absolutely no connection to the Quadro gateways.
