Does somebody know if the aastra 9133i, behind a simple NAT, works with a distant Quadro?I have a distant quadro 4x, which has a public IP adress and softphones or wifi-phones(utstarcom F3000) works very well with remote extension. But i don't understant why the 9133i doesn't connect to the distant quadro. Can somebody help me?

Aastra phones don't currently have STUN support, so they don't work out the NAT configuration automatically. You may need to manually open ports in the NAT router and also configure the Aastra phone with the public IP of its router.

Do you have the "Symmetrical RTP" and "RTP proxy" check-box enabled on your Quadro's Remote Extension settings page?

I don't know if it could work with an aastra 9133i; I have pluged the phone directly behind the modem but the phone stands with "no service". But if i look the config file and the server file from the 9133, information(line 1 settings)is bad even if the config seems to be good in the GUI.

I find I pretty much always have to do a factory reset with Aastra phones before I reconfigure their SIP username/password settings.
