Good morning.
I've looked around the system and documentation but can't find a way to "uninstall"
devices which our Quadro 4x has "automatically" detected.
In looking at my Line Settings page, it shows IP Lines 1-22. Seven entries show Type=SIP,
the rest show Type=Inactive. Attached to the Epygi are an Aastra 480i, Polycom IP-501 and an Xlite softphone. The Epygi has detected two Aastra 55i's and a Polycom IP-501 which are on the LAN, but defined for a different network. They are used with a Hosted PBX service by a tenant.
What's really weird, though, is that the Epygi shows (2) Aastra 55i's, (1) IP-501 and (1) IP-601. There has never been an IP-601 at the premises.....
Would like to clean-up the Line Settings "database" and need to know how to remove entries which are no longer valid.
I've already "unchecked" the option = Enable PnP for IP lines, having assumed that this is
the feature which controls the automatic detection of SIP devices. If this is not correct, please advise what this option does.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Mike
