x-lite call drops at 32 secs

Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone has encountered a problem with x-lite dropping calls after 32 seconds (connected call) on a remote access. Can register fine. On MER x-lite also rings and can answer phone but on both incoming and outgoing (including extension calling) the call drops after the 32 seconds.

I think it may be a port forwading issue but just wonder if it is the modems I have been connected to at the remote end, both have been Billion's.

Any help is appreciated.

I had the same problem with x_lite runing as a remote extension. The solution was to enable the simmetric RTP option in the Remote Settings menu for that extension.

you need to manuallly asign the ports to listen to on the topology tab.
