Status connected but no voice

Hi there,


I try to setup a Quadro16x. I tested per extension call it's OK


But when I try to call to some of number eg 899 the call state is Connected, but I can't her anything.


The Epygi is sit behind a router.


Please Advice

You have to use NAT traversal of Quadro (manual or STUN).


Also please open SIP and RTP ports in your router (in front of quadro).
