QCM question

Hi There,

I have heard that Epygi is looking to upgrade the QCM package to be a more Receptionist console app.

Is this true, when will it be out and what features will it give us....??:)

I know Asterisk had a receptionist console app whichn worked well when setup correctly, to watch extensions, to drag and drop calls, check call que's etc.

I am personally not aware of any enhancements planned for a QCM now.. Seems you have a better information source, than me :)

I'll have to email my sources and see what is happening there :confused:

Warren was out here in August giving a Sales / Marketing course....(i'll have to email / bug hime about this) :)

He said that there are plans in place to upgrade the QCM package into a better looking / more user friendly / more feature full app. (hope this is true)

I am looking for something to supply my clients for their recepetionist see have a more hands on app for call repesentation / transfer..... like Asterisk and even better Mitel have a great one for this.... :)

Hi Shaun,

after asking around I found, that there are some plans actually, but they are still at the marketing level, and there is nothing done on the technical level. So though such plans exist, but there is still a long way should be passed until the quastions you asked could have some answers...
