"nobody is able to take your call"

My client reports that if someone tries to call any extension from outside afer few seconds he gets a message "nobody is able to take your call". My question is how to turn this message off ?

When the extension doesn't answer the call, it goes to voice mail which plays the following message to the calling party "...no one is available to take your call...". The easiest way to turn that message off is to turn the voice mail off in extension settings. But you can also record your own message.
