unable to make call from remote handset

Hi, we have an epygi quadro 2xi and 2 remote snom 300 handsets, and I have an issue where the remote handsets can recieve inbound calls but cannot make outgoing calls.

When I attempt to make an outgoing call I get the error messages "480: Temporarily not available."

Our VoIP tech tells me the remote phones have an "on-hook" status on the quadro but do not appear to be "registered". See systemlog entry (attached file);

Can you please advise what could be causing the problem and how I can fix it?
I apperiate any suggestions.

I would rattle the tech support of the reseller of the quadro or if no luck give a call to Alloy , especially if it is in your Head Quarters.

To find the reason, we need to look at the Call Controling log and spmgagent.log.
Can you please
1. Enable Developer Logging.
2. Try to call out from one of those phones.
3. Take the SIP log, the Call Controlling log, and spmgagent.log (using "Custom log file" option).
4. Zip and attach them here.

Without that it is hard to tell the exct reason (there could be many of them).
