Where do we find firmwares on the download page for Quadro 4xi ?

I can't seem to find anything firmware-related on the download page.

We are in need of a 4.x.x version, best would be the 4.1.58 firmware (last one of the 4.x.x serie, no?)

Where can we find this one please ?

Why do you need those antiquities? :) The last one is the best one (at least theoretically :))
Anyway, that release is in the Archive. The easiest way to find that, is to Search in docs for "4.1.58" :) You will get what you need, and even a bit more.
If you need the full path, here it is: "Support Center » Downloads » Archive » IP PBX Products » Quadro4x, 4xi » Software".
