Quadro 16x rebooting and locking up.

To whom it concerns,
I have a Quadro 16x on a customer site. In recent times I'm getting a sequence of alarms starting with ISDN lines un-usable and finally resulting in the device rebooting itself. This is causing my customer a lot of problems as you can imagine.

Hello Paul,

Regarding to ISDN Status Usable/Unusable events:
The other side works on sleep mode (passive mode) so
- You have to select "Passive Mode" selection from ISDN Advanced settings page. By default "Passive Mode" checkbox is selected.

Regarding to reboot:
- ISDN status Usable/Unusable cannot force Quadro to reboot itself.
Please open TSS case and attach systemlogs to find out the problem.
